Terms and Conditions

Shipping & Handling 

Items will be be shipped within 3 business days of purchase through Standard Shipping through Australia Post or Sendle. 

After your item has been shipped you will receive a Tracking number via email - please refer to this when finding out where your package is. Standard shipping can generally take between 5-10 days with some changes during busier seasons. 


All pieces are packaged as securely as possible to ensure that they do not rattle, this avoids breakages. Sustainability is very important to us. 

Each piece is packaged with a paper alternative to bubble wrap. Paper is used to take up addition spaces and a biodegrable tape is used to secure your package.

We always include a cute card so please let us know in the notes when you purchase if it is a gift. We are able to write a hand written note for that special person. 

Damages upon arrival

Items will be packaged as securely as possible however if you package happens to arrived broken or damaged you will need to contact me within 7 days of receiving your order we will work through this issue together. 


Please read item descriptions carefully prior to purchase. Returns are only offered if a product is damaged upon arrival. 

Your purchase is final, no exchanges or refunds will be provided so please be sure when you make a purchase. 

Hand made pieces

Due to the nature of ceramics and hand made pieces, imperfections may be present on your piece. Please be aware that if your piece does have slight imperfections it will not change the functional quality of your product and only adds to its originality.

As we adjust to the new normal please be patient with shipping times - this will vary depending on location - Some pieces will arrive on time and others may have slight delays depending on how high shipping demands are at the time.
